Customized Items
For custom-made items, rush orders can be canceled within 1 day; standard orders can be canceled within 3 days.
Please note that your custom-made mirror is built to your personalized specification, thus customization order CANNOT be canceled, returned, or changed if the order is already in production or shipped. If you still decide to cancel the order, a 20% restocking fee will be charged from the refund.

Items That Do Not Meet Your Expectation
The products from our offer are made fully to individual orders and are adjusted to the consumer’s needs. Therefore, it is NOT possible to return the ordered goods without any quality problem or damage. If you still decide to cancel the order after production and shipment, you should report and let us know within 7 days of receiving it. And you should bear the return delivery fee yourself and a 20% restocking fee will be charged from the refund. When we received the package and the mirror is safe and sound, we will issue the refund to you soon.
Wrong or Damaged Items
Please note that the mirror is a fragile category, and we cannot guarantee that it will not be damaged during transport. If you run into any issues, please contact us for help.
Please inspect the outer package of the item received, and if there is any breakage, take a photo and open it carefully. If the mirror is also broken inside the package, please report the problem to our customer service team promptly within 7 days of receiving it.
It will be difficult for us to determine the responsible party for the breakage if you report the issue more than 7 days later after receiving the package, and you may not have the position to get the full refund for this order. And we would not like to see anything like this happen.
We will determine whether to issue a partial or full refund to you or exchange the item according to the condition of the mirror received and you can keep the item.
Delivery Delays
For customized items, rush orders will be delivered to you in 5-6 weeks, and standard orders in 10-12 weeks. If you don’t receive the package within this time limit, please contact us for help. If the package is not delivered to you within 13 weeks, we will issue a 5% partial refund to you. If the package is still not delivered to you 13 weeks later, we will issue a 5%+ partial refund to you according to the time and order value.
We are also unable to accept returns for:
- Products that have been assembled or installed;
- Products without the original package or not in their original condition;
- Items from TALLDESI Outlets.
How to Return & Refund
1. Contact us by email
Contact us by email at support@talldesi.com and describe which item(s) you’d like to return and the reason for it. Attach photograph(s) for quality problems, including:
1)The front and back view of the outer carton;
2)The photo of the outer carton that clearly shows the shipping label;
3)The photo of the mirror clearly shows quality problems;
4)The photo that shows the protection materials around the mirror inside the package
2. Reply within 2 business days
Once we receive your email, we will offer considerate and specific suggestions and steps for the return.
3. Inspect the attached photograph(s)
The item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
4. Offer the refund
Once confirmed, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any rush service shipping fee from your original order is non-refundable.
